A Trinity, Texas man arrested for allegedly fighting with his stepfather showed off his disdain for the constable who got him arrested in March by tattooing his leg with an explicit saying. "Woody Wallace can suck my [explicit]," the tattoo reads.
Constable Woody Wallace said his office arrested Jonathan Thompson, 30, after he got in an altercation with his stepfather. Authorities arrested him on a charge of terroristic threat on Monday. While police were booking Thompson into jail, they saw the tattoo. "They have to take pictures of all their tattoos and he said, 'Make sure you get this one right here,'" Wallace said. "Then they all said, 'Woody, you got to get in here.' I saw it and said, 'Is that real?' and he said 'Yup!'"
Wallace explained Thompson was mad at him for an arrest in March, on a charge of burglary. Wallace said Thompson accepted a probation sentence last week. Wallace said Thompson never admitted to the crime, but finally did on Monday. He even admitted that his stepfather, who he had allegedly been fighting, helped with the burglary. Wallace said his stepfather will also be arrested in the crime. Wallace said a judge would likely revoke Thompson's probation, meaning he will serve two years in state jail.

Wallace said Thompson was choking his stepfather's dog on Monday and told his stepfather, "You're next." "And he said he was going to become a serial killer and kill everyone who made him mad," Wallace said. Wallace said he is now investigating another accusation, as a woman told Wallace that Thompson told her is planning to kill Wallace, and if she does not help him, he will kill her, too.
